Residence La Mason is also available for middle to long term leases.

The reasons for needing this kind of accommodation solution may arise from many situations, the most common of these being:

  • company guest accommodation
  • work training courses
  • trial period work postings, or while looking for permanent accommodation
  • during building work on one’s own home
  • while moving house
  • unexpected domestic problems

We have the facilities to be able to rapidly meet demands arising from these and other situations.

We would particularly like to point out that since all the utilities are predisposed for temporary stays, you do not have to go to all the trouble of registering with the various utility services even for longer stays. Amongst the services that La Mason offers on request are apartment cleaning of supply and periodical change of bedroom and bathroom linen, as well as ordinary maintenance of the apartments and the grounds surrounding the property.

We implement the following rates for these services:

Services included in the price

  • supply of bed linens and towels
  • cleaning service once a week, with complete changing of bed linens and towels

  • car parking place inside the property (only at Residence la Mason)

  • electricity bills, water and sewer bills, gas bills (gas used for cooking and heating)
  • free Wi-Fi Internet in every apartment
  • welcome basket with food and beverages, that can be used to prepare the first day breakfast

General conditions

  • prices are intended for 2 people
  • additional cost for extra persons in the apartment is € 10.00 per night and per person
  • the stay for children under 3 years old is free of charge, while under 15 years old the additional cost for an extra person is reduced by 50%
  • final cleaning of the apartment, including sanitization of blankets, bedspreads, sofas and curtains  (compulsory and charged only once, at the end of the stay): € 100.00
  • the prices don't include VAT (10%)
  • cleaning service is performed once a week, with complete changing of bed linens and towels
  • we don’t provide restaurant service: we will be glad to suggest to our guests nearby restaurants, bars and wine shops
  • every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances, as well as dishes and kitchenware, so our guests can be autonomous to prepare any meals
