Services included in the price

  • supply of bed linens and towels

  • self check in and keypad with personal code for access

  • sanitization with certified products PMC 19761

  • electricity bills, water and sewer bills, gas bills (gas used for cooking and heating), and taxes (VAT, and garbage collection tax)
  • free Wi-Fi Internet in every apartment
  • welcome basket with food and beverages, that can be used to prepare the first day breakfast

General conditions

  • minimum stay: 3 consecutive nights
  • prices are VAT include
  • prices are for full occupation of the apartment, request your discount for a smaller number of people
  • the stay for children under 3 years old is free of charge, while under 15 years old the additional cost for an extra person is reduced by 50%
  • the final cleaning of the apartment, for short stays, is included in the price
  • cleaning service is performed once a week, with complete changing of bed linens and towels
  • we don’t provide restaurant service: we will be glad to suggest to our guests nearby restaurants, bars and wine shops.
  • Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances, as well as dishes and kitchenware, so our guests can be autonomous to prepare any meals.
